The Psychology of Data
Data is completely fungible. Honestly, I don't even know what fungible means, but it sounds so cool.
I think I am also going to use the word ergodic to make sure that no one understands what I am writing about.
In essence, data tells stories, data doesn't tell the truth. There may be truth in the stories, but that doesn't mean anything is accurate.
The idea that data is accurate and tells an accurate story is a myth created by the Big Data people. It is not that I hate big data, it is just that it is not the truth
