Humans are always trying to bridge this gulf and try to know the unknowable.
What is the risk of waiting for more information?
What is the risk of not waiting for more information?
Mostly, you don't even have enough information so you can assess the risk.
You have to make the decision anyway and hope for the best, so I am not sure how much information really helps.
