Information Disequilibrium
The amount of information generated is much greater than the information that can be processed.
Either information gets ignored or it gets used.
Maybe the ignored information will be useful later if it is stored or maybe it is of no value at all.
Meanwhile the information that is used may or may not be the right information.
And the action taken based on that action may or may not be correct.
This is an overwhelming feeling that leaves people frustrated.
