Details, Details and More Details
It is all in the details. The big picture is important, but how do you get to the big picture?
Do you start with the end in mind and back fill the details?
Do you manage all of the details to create the big picture?
Or is some combination of both?
There is not a right answer to this. I suspect that either approach can work and each presents different challenges.
