Continuum of the New
There is so much pressure to create something new. A lot of resources are committed to making something new. This applies to just about everything in society from art, politics and products. There is a continuum of newness that runs from refreshed packaging all the way down to creating something that is new to the world. New isn't always better, yet it is something that we often crave.
