Batch and Queue
Batching and queuing information and things to be done often makes sense. But are we making the right decisions when it comes to the size of the batches and queues.
Decisions about queues and batches should be based on some priority system, but often they just happen based on some prior decision (job function, department, alleged KPIs, etc)
