Gathering good information is difficult. It takes a fair bit of effort.
Yet, because of the volume of information that humans are surrounded by, humans often look for shortcuts.
Sometimes the shortcuts work out and sometimes they don't.
Since time is limited, every second counts. It is risky acting without information and it is risky not acting.
